Train the Trainer One or two-day train the trainer workshops and training courses for up to 30 participants. The workshops are designed for key members of staff to be able to assist colleagues with setting up their workstations. The aim of this workshop is to provide participants with basic knowledge and skills in the areas of occupational health and safety and ergonomics, including the ability to provide education on neutral posture and workstation setup. As long as they can demonstrate competence, participants can then share and apply this knowledge in any workplace. It is particularly useful when relocating and on-boarding employees. Ergo Global can also support the trainers with ongoing competency check in. Moreover, Ergo Global can carry out the more complex evaluations that trained trainers can’t do.
