The Duties of
The Employer

Article 9 - Labour safety requirements in designing, construction and exploitation of enterprises and installations and in production and maintenance of means of production
Designing, construction and reconstruction of production premises and installations, development, production and maintenance of means of production including introduction of technologies acquired abroad that do not meet the labor safety requirements of standards, ergonomics, rules and norms, shall not be allowed -
Article 18 - Guarantees for the right to labor safety during labor activity
Administration shall be kept responsible for introduction of modern means of labor safety and provision of sanitary and healthy working conditions preventing industrial injuries and occupational diseases. If there is a danger for employee's health or life, he shall immediately inform administration that shall be resp onsible in case the danger is confirmed by control bodies to suspend the work and take measures to eliminate the danger. In case the administration fails to take necessary measures, the employee shall have the right without any disciplinary sanctions for him to stop the work until the danger is eliminated. -
Article 19 - Training and instruction of employees in labor safety
The administration shall arrange for instruction on safety at work, learning the safe methods of work execution and techniques to provide first aid to victims of industrial accidents to all those who take up job for the first time or being transferred to another job.

Article 20 - Employees' right to information on working conditions and safety at workplaces
Employees shall have the right to request and administration shall be obliged to provide information on working conditions and safety at the workplaces, as well as on envisaged means of individual protection, benefits and compensations.
