The Duties of
The Employer

Article 238
The Minister of Labour may, by decree issued after consultation with the Technical Advisory Committee on Health and Safety:
1) regulate the general health and safety conditions applicable to all workplaces;
2) determine categories of work which, due to the hazards they present, may not be performed by home-based workers;
3) regulate, for all work presenting particular hazards, the health and safety measures applicable in the workplace, and the medical monitoring and surveillance measures that will be imposed on companies for personnel exposed to particular risks.
