Honduras

To Note

Honduras does not have a single “ergonomics act,” but ergonomics regulation is integrated into its General Regulation on Preventive Measures for Work Accidents and Occupational Diseases.

At the time of writing, Honduras is advancing a new Telework Labor Regime, but that law is not currently in effect. As such, Honduras currently has no ergonomics regulations regarding remote work.
