To Note
The Central African Republic does not have any ergonomics regulation. Its Labour Code 2009 only contains general regulations for occupational health and safety. These are laid out below.

The Duties of
The Employer

Article 298
Every head of a company or establishment is required to take the necessary measures to ensure satisfactory health and safety conditions for their workers.
To this end, they are supported by the Health and Safety Committee provided for in Article 82 of this Code. -
Article 305
Every company or establishment of whatever nature, public or private, secular or religious, civil or military, including those related to the practice of liberal professions and those dependent on professional associations or unions must provide medical and health services for the benefit of its workers and their families.
However, each company or establishment participating in the operation of the aforementioned services remains required to have an infirmary with an isolation room for emergencies.
