The Duties of
The Employer

Article 159
Health and safety conditions at work are ensured with a view to:
1) preventing workplace accidents;
2) combating occupational diseases;
3) creating healthy working conditions;
4) addressing excessive occupational fatigue;
5) adapting work to the individual;
6) to manage and combat major community health endemics in the workplace. -
Article 163
Every company or establishment has the obligation to organize a special workplace safety, hygiene, and beautification service. -
Article 164
The special workplace safety, hygiene, and beautification service is responsible for ensuring:
- Technical monitoring of workers and health monitoring of workplaces;
- General training and development of workers.
