The Duties of
The Employer

Article 46
(2) An employer shall
(a) provide information, instruction and supervision to a worker to project the safety and health of the worker.
(o) provide and maintain a safe, sound and health and secure working environment as far as is reasonably practicable
(4) In addition to providing information and instruction to a worker as required by section 46(2), employer shall provide
(a) to every worker, training on safe and healthy manner of carrying out his work. -
Chapter 34, Article 222 - Conditions for Providing a Healthy and Safe Workplace
Employers shall provide a healthy and safe workplace, shall monitor dangerous and harmful production factors, and shall provide employees with information on these subjects in a timely manner.
