Timor-Leste does not have a single “ergonomics act,” but ergonomics regulation is integrated into its Law No. 11/2023 of April 19th Safety, Health and Hygiene at Work.

Article 3 of this regulation indicates that the laws laid out below apply to remote workers as well as office workers.
